Specializes in deep learning, computer vision, and building sophisticated automation workflows. Deeply involved in autonomous robotics — developing multi-drone swarm systems with LiDAR navigation and GPU-accelerated perception. Currently researching neural decoding to bridge biological signals and computational models. Also builds multi-agent autonomous portfolio systems and quantitative risk engines for high-speed, data-driven market decisions. Dedicated to making TechConnect a premier hub for technical innovation and mentorship.

Associate Professor of Cybersecurity with over 19 years of experience supporting major U.S. government agencies including USPTO, USCG, DoS, DHS-CISA, CBP, and the Marine Corps. Teaches graduate-level courses and shapes the next generation of cybersecurity leaders. Brings deep expertise in security risk management, system assessments, and strategic IT leadership from both the public and private sectors. Recognized as Faculty of the Year for excellence in teaching.
